MAPLE HALL

The Maple Hall project revitalized the long-abandoned basement levels of three historic buildings, transforming them into a dynamic bowling alley and social club. Spanning 12,689 square feet, this vibrant venue caters to young professionals with an 11-lane bowling alley, a full-service bar, and a live music stage. The design preserves the character of the original architecture, featuring exposed brick walls and polished concrete elements that create a striking contrast between rough and refined textures. Custom furnishings and fixtures, including a raw steel and glass handrail system and concrete sinks, were crafted in collaboration with local fabricators to add bespoke details.

Thoughtfully designed seating reduces noise levels, while simple graphics and mirrors enhance the space’s visual appeal. Completed in 2017, the project reimagined a previously vacant space into a prime downtown destination, seamlessly blending industrial charm with modern functionality.
