UTK Stokely Residence Hall

Completed in 2017, the Stokely Family Residence Hall was constructed for the upperclassman of the university with a shared intent to accommodate student athletes. The interior concept was “Nike meets Ivy League”. In addition to housing accommodations, the facility provides a 40,000 square foot, 700-seat dining space. Lauderdale provided interior architecture and FF&E design services for all phases of design.
